# Can I convert my existing account into a joint account?

No, existing individual accounts cannot be converted into joint accounts. If you'd like to open a joint account, you'll need to create one in addition to your individual account. To do this, go to Settings > Add Account > Joint Account in the Blossom app and follow the steps.
