# Can my kid access the Blossom Kids account?

Only you, as the account holder, can access and manage the account. That said, you’re welcome to keep your kid in the loop and share updates on how their savings are growing. It’s a great way to build positive habits and get them thinking about their future! 

When they turn 18, you’ll have the option to switch the account into their name - giving them full access and control.
