# How do withdrawals work? When will my withdrawal be processed?

## Blossom Save

Withdrawal requests made prior to 6pm Auckland time (usually 4pm Sydney time) on a business day will generally be processed for same-day payment (subject to banking and payment systems). Withdrawal requests made after that time will be processed for payment the following business day (subject to banking and payment systems).

If you have changed your nominated account or your ID needs to be verified, there may be a delay while that is resolved.

## Blossom Plus

Blossom Plus withdrawals are processed quarterly (every 3 months). You can make a withdrawal request until 6pm Auckland time (usually 4pm Sydney time) two weeks before calendar quarter end. Withdrawals requested after the cut-off will be processed after the end of the following quarter.

Withdrawals will be processed on the following dates:

**Q1:** Request withdrawal before 6pm on March 17, 2026, for processing between April 1 and April 9, 2026.

**Q2:** Request withdrawal before 6pm on June 16, 2026, for processing between July 1 and July 9, 2026.

**Q3:** Request withdrawal before 6pm on September 16, 2026, for processing between October 1 and October 12, 2026.

**Q4:** Request withdrawal before 6pm on December 17, 2026, for processing between January 1 and January 12, 2027.

## Blossom Grow

Blossom Grow has a 12-month investment term.

You must tell us **at** **least four weeks** before your term ends whether you’d like to:

* Start another 12-month Grow term
* Switch your funds to Blossom Save or Blossom Plus
* Withdraw your funds

If we don’t hear from you before this time, your investment will automatically start another 12-month Grow term.

Withdrawals are processed within 7 business days of your term end.

Redeeming your savings may give you taxable gains, depending on your individual circumstances.
