# What happens if there is a dispute between account holders?

Before opening a Blossom joint account, both account holders agree to have joint access, authority and ownership. Blossom does not mediate personal disputes. Any personal disputes between account holders should be resolved independently of Blossom.

If a personal dispute arises in a way Blossom thinks it might be unreasonable or difficult to continue to offer that joint account, including threatened or actual legal disputes, we will take appropriate action as we think is reasonable. This could include closing the joint account.
