# Why haven't I received my referral bonus?

Your referral bonus can take up to 72 hours before it lands in your account.

To ensure you get the referral bonus, follow the steps below:


1. Check your eligibility for Blossom’s referral program: [Referral Program Terms and Conditions](https://www.blossomapp.com/referral-program-terms-and-conditions) ([blossomapp.com](http://blossomapp.com)).
2. If eligible, check your inbox for our email with the subject ‘We owe you $10’.
3. If eligible and you didn’t receive our email, click on ‘Chat with support’ below and our team will be able to help!
