You might see this message if the bank account you used to transfer money into your Blossom account doesn’t exactly match the name on your Blossom account. This can happen if:

You might see this message if the bank account you used to transfer money into your Blossom account doesn’t exactly match the name on your Blossom account. This can happen if:  

* You used a **joint account** that includes someone else’s name 


* You transferred from a **business account** but your Blossom account is in an individual’s name (or vice versa) 


* There’s a **name variation**, such as different spelling or different surname 


* You used your joint account (as parents) to fund a Blossom Kids account  


**What happens next?** 
We review and verify flagged payments every business day before 6pm (Auckland time). Once verified, you should be able to make your withdrawal request the same day. 

If we can’t verify your payment, the funds will be returned to the bank account they came from. You’ll receive an email as soon as the refund is complete.  

We really appreciate your patience while we complete the verification. To help payments move smoothly in the future, please make sure all transfers into Blossom come from a bank account in the **same name** as your Blossom account.
