If you received an Error 403 message, you may have encountered an IP address block while trying to access your Blossom account. 

**How to fix it:** 


1. Contact our support team and send us your **public IP address** — you can find it by searching *“What is my IP Address”* on Google. 


2. In the meantime, if you’re on Wi-Fi, try switching to your mobile/cellular data to access your account. 

We’ll work quickly to remove the block so you can log in again without interruption.
